Claims Process

Important

In the event of a warranty issue arising, ALWAYS contact We Buy Any Scooter & Powerchair First before arranging any diagnosis or repairs.

If your scooter or powerchair suffers a mechanical or warrantable fault, then please contact our showroom via email, phone or visit us in store as soon as possible. We will aim to resolve any faults or warranty issues within 3-5 business days of the issue being made aware to us and someone from the aftersales team will keep in contact with you either via WhatsApp or Email.

Warranty Terms

  • All our products and parts come with a 3 month back to base warranty.

  • All products and parts have been fully tested and checked for peace of mind to our customers.

  • We the warranty dealer, can choose whether to replace or repair components under this warranty.

  • The warranty is invalid if you use the product for any of the following: Racing, Private Hire, Malicious Damage, or User Error.

  • The warranty is not transferable to a new owner or refundable.

  • The warranty is only valid for claims made within the United Kingdom.

  • We do not offer/provide courtesy scooters or powerchairs.
